1084940 12/07/2020 DMON Our plant PLC went down, and we lost the totalizer for the influent flow for the day of 12/07/20. The issue with the PLC has been resolved and we are also taking a daily reading from the influent flow meter so that we can calculate daily flows manually if necessary. Violation B eSMR
1084518 12/07/2020 Order Conditions We do not have a recorded flow for 12/07/20. The WWTP PLC had issues and the flow totalizer with it. We have resolved the PLC issues and have started manually taking the influent meter read on the daily rounds so that if the totalizer doesn't work again we have a backup. Violation B eSMR
