1105293 05/26/2022 UAUTHDISC Recovery well water is collected and stored in a tank near P-16. The tank has an effluent line that runs to the 204 and then out to the evaporation ponds. A valve in the effluent line was inadvertently closed causing a release of 50-100 gallons of recovery water. Discharger reported it within 24 hours. Spill was contained to bermed soil in immediate vicinity. On May 28, 2022, discharger removed 140 cubic yards of soil was excavated and disposed of in the northwest tailings disposal facility. 1072842 04/16/2020 Order Conditions Dozer hit the 204 line near P-29 storm water pond resulting in a discharge of reclaim water from the 204 of 2,500 gallons. P-29 is a lined storm water pond. All storm water and reclaim water will be transferred to the adjacent Frosty's pond where the sump pump is connected to the 204. All water will be transferred back to the 204 and discharged to the on-site evaporation ponds. Violation B Complaint
