GWAT |
Groundwater pH was below the groundwater quality goal at MW-2. |
Reported values of pH may be naturally occurring and spatially limited in aerial extent in shallow groundwater. Definitive determination of whether these are actual impacts related to effluent disposal would require a more detailed study of groundwater and effluent quality, background conditions, and a statistical analysis. |

Groundwater pH was below the groundwater quality goal at MW-4. |
Reported value of pH and may be naturally occurring and spatially limited in aerial extent in shallow groundwater. Definitive determination of whether these are actual impacts related to effluent disposal would require a more detailed study of groundwater and effluent quality, background conditions, and a statistical analysis. |

Groundwater pH was below the groundwater water quality goal at MW-5. |
Reported values of pH may be naturally occurring and
spatially limited in aerial extent in shallow groundwater. Definitive
determination of whether these are actual impacts related to effluent disposal would require a more
detailed study of groundwater and effluent quality, background conditions, and a statistical analysis. |

GWAT |
MW-1 exceeded its groundwater quality goal for total coliform had a pH value lower than the groundwater quality goal. |
Reported value of pH and may be naturally occurring and spatially limited in aerial extent in shallow groundwater. Furthermore, total coliform has a number of surface derived sources and is a common contaminant introduced during sampling. Definitive determination of whether these are actual impacts related to effluent disposal would require a more detailed study of groundwater and effluent quality, background conditions, and a statistical analysis. |

GWAT |
MW-3 had a total manganese and pH low, water quality goal exceedance. |
Reported values of pH and the redox sensitive element manganese may be naturally occurring and spatially limited in aerial extent in shallow groundwater. Definitive determination of whether these are actual impacts related to effluent disposal would require a more detailed study of groundwater and effluent quality, background conditions, and a statistical analysis. |

DMON |
On March 9th , our contract lab failed to set up the UV Effluent (UVS-001) total coliform sample due to a power failure at their facility. |
We were informed of this lab error on March 14th. We have discussed this event with the lab (SGS) and have requested immediate notification in the future so other testing arrangements can be made if they are unable to complete their work.
