1154667 03/25/2026 Order Conditions Groundwater detection monitoring well WW1 was damaged through vandalism to the facility. LEA informed RWQCB 4/1/2026, damaged discovered by LEA 3/25/2026. Discharger was not providing timely response actions to assess and repair damaged well. RWQCB inspection of damage 4/29/2026. During the vandalism event unauthorized waste was placed in the facility. During 4/29/26 inspection Staff observed significant erosion on top cover, which had been noted by the LEA in their March 2026 inspection but had not been repaired. Discharger claims damage assessment to occur 5/15/2026, however responses from Discharger have been limited/sporadic. Discharger required to perform the following: Damage assessment and workplan for repairs - 6/20/26 Repairs to damaged well - 8/19/26 Removal of unauthorized waste - 6/20/26 Repair erosion - 6/20/26 Violation B Inspection
