1122874 09/14/2023 Order Conditions The Discharger is not maintaining the site in compliance with the WDR during the waste excavation and relocation activities. Staff observed exposed wastes poking through the thinned top deck cover, large ponding near the exposed wastes three weeks after last rainfall, and a water truck spraying water over the exposed wastes. Corrective Actions: The Discharger added soils over the top deck to deepen the cover and graded the top for positive drainage off the top deck. Violation B Inspection
