1082703 11/01/2020 DMON From the 1st through the 22nd of November 2020 filtered effluent turbidity data was collected however the 7-day chart on the recorder was never changed allowing the data to over-write. This makes the individual daily turbidities unreadable, however the aggregate of all measurements over this period shows no event where the turbidity exceeded a standard. The inability to report daily maximum, daily minimum and daily averages results in a monitoring and reporting violation. Facility equipment is being installed that will capture turbidity data to mitigate future events such as this. Violation U eSMR
