We double checked with the pH coming from our water plants which is the main source of our flow and determined it was still in good range. We then discarded that pH probe immediately and also administered retraining for ALL staff on how to properly calibrate all pH probes and to do it daily to avoid ever having this mistake again. Also, we ordered a brand new pH buffer to ensure everything is new for calibrations. |
