quarter of the year, and an inspection report from the 4th quarter fails to show photos of the working surfaces, ditches, facility perimeter, erosion control BMPs, and the operational surfaces. The report included photos but did not specify the date, time, name of inspector, the overall condition of the wastewater management system, available capacity, presence of odors, volume of wastewater treated, and the volume of wastewater disposed of at an off-site treatment system. It also does not include photos of the damage and repairs from the most recent storm event, Tropical Storm Hilary. No wastewater was collected from the detention basins as noted in the 2023
