1121282 09/21/2023 Order Conditions During the site inspection, Water Board staff was informed by the Discharger that the facility was currently undergoing a plant expansion to add another cooking line to the plant and that flows would increase to approximately 83,000 gallons per day. This expansion is because the Darling Ingredients Fresno plant will be closed by the end of 2023. Because Water Board staff was not notified of proposed expansion the Discharger is in violation of Provision I.12 of the WDRs which states: "As As described in the Standard Provisions, the Discharger shall report promptly to the Central Valley Water Board any material change or proposed change in the character, location, or volume of the discharge.?
