These violations were recorded on specific dates throughout the month, including the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th of November. The specific turbidity levels recorded on these dates were 2.4, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 4.1, 2.5, and 2.7, respectively. According to the entity responsible for discharging the effluent, the identified turbidity violations were a direct result of the Anderson Cottonwood Irrigation District, commonly known as ACID, being offline. The discharger explained that ACID's offline status contributed to the observed violations. The discharger also noted that there are seasonal changes in the I&I, which necessitate modifications in the plant process. These changes in I&I occur during different months of the year, prompting the need to adjust the plant's process in order to effectively accommodate the fluctuations in I&I. Thus, the observed turbidity violations in November were also linked to these necessary adjustments in the plant's operational process due to changes in I&I. Violation B Report
