The effluent temperature at EFF 001 was recorded as 86.2°F. However, flows at EFF 001 were 0.76 MGD, while flows in the receiving water (Fancher Creek) were recorded in excess of 200 MGD The City of Clovis will continue to monitor sampling practices to ensure accurate and representative reporting. 1136729 10/04/2024 DMON the total coliform sample on 10/4/2024 was not checked within the method specific time frame resulting in an ambiguous result. The Coliform sample collected on 10/4/2024 was supposed to be readout on 10/5/2024. Unfortunately, the sample was not readout out until Monday morning 10/7/2024. Results of the sample were disqualified due to the broken readout time. Corrective taken to prevent this from happening again, If the lab technician is off then the operator is to send a picture of the results to the lab technician or PM. We have been attempting to recover data from the PLC for dates 9/6-9/11/2022 but are unable to do so. The lost reportable data includes: UV Transmittance Average UV Transmittance Maximum UV Dose Average UV Dose Maximum We have alarm histories that are accurate as well as daily documented values for each one of these data points that have been reported. It would be a one-time read instead of a 24-hour max or average value. We have added an alarm into our SCADA call out system that will notify us if or when the historian goes down. In addition, We will be installing a stand-alone system as a backup to help prevent any future incidents of lost data. Violation U eSMR

In addition to the longer run hours and third blower running the City of Clovis has reduced flows to the facility down to 1.6 MGD as a daily average. The Centrifuge is scheduled to be repaired early August. While the centrifuge is being repaired, we will have a belt press rental on site to prevent excessive inventory in our aeration basins. Jacobs and the City of Clovis will collaborate together and determine the best time to repair the diffusers. Violation U eSMR
