Operations staff attempted to record a dissolved oxygen value using Hach HQ40d which displayed an error code. Staff did not retry and failed to record a reportable value for emergency storage pond 7 for the second, third, and final week of February and failed to record a reportable value for emergency storage pond 2 during the second week of February. |
We performed the corrective action by retraining the entire operations team on pond monitoring requirements as found in the NPDES permit on March 26th, 2025. |

The laboratory staff member responsible for performing weekly EFF-001 sampling began an indefinite leave on October 11, 2024. Weekly EC samples were missed while acclimating to their departure. |
The facility has chosen to restructure the sampling and analysis procedures such that WWTP operators are assisting laboratory personnel with non-regulatory sampling. The Facility has also reduced the amount of sampling needed for process control data collection. These temporary accommodations made by operations personnel will allow the remaining laboratory staff to focus on regulatory sampling while adjusting to the decrease in laboratory staffing. The corrective action was implemented on October 22, 2024. |

Which should decrease the formation of Dichlorobromomethane. |

Laboratory and Operations staff were trained on proper coliform sampling. The standard operation procedure for coliform sampling has been updated to state that samples should not be taken during non-representative times. Also the configuration of the coliform sample point has been changed so that it is not downstream of these valves. |
