Due to MMEL compliance test #3 fail, there are two actions.
Action 1: For May 2024, Pacifica has an MMEL violation.
Action 2: An additional routine test is required for June as a follow-up to May's violation to determine if a TRE is necessary. Additional updates will be provided in the June 2024 SMR.
