In addition, there was an atmospheric river event week of November 21 which dropped 1.5 ft of snow followed with five (5) inches of rain. Water Board was promptly notified. Five (5) 20,100 tanks were rented to hold as much water as possible. Violation U eSMR

1084928 12/17/2020 ATOX Acute Toxicity-Rainbow Trout-survival Instantaneous Minimum limit is 70 % survival and reported value was 60 % survival at EFF-001. Resampling was conducted on this effluent on 1/11/2021 which results in 100% survival. Violation B eSMR
1075201 04/27/2020 DMON Flow was not measured. However, the Discharger estimates that the flow was 1027122 GPD at EFF-001. The corrective action put in place is to have the oncoming shift operator verify the previous operator has taken the flow measurement. Violation B eSMR
