After Veolia's environmental compliance department and CPO reviewed the permit, coupled with a discussion with our SWRCB case handler Gaurav Mittal, it was concluded that the original sampling location (EFF-001) was the appropriate location to sample from. After moving sampling back to EFF-001, and a resampling event in August, no toxicity was observed. |
