The discharger did not identify a specific source of toluene and it isn't a constituent of concern at the site. To avoid potential false detections, the discharger will collect trip blanks along with effluent samples when performing monitoring events. The discharger also collects mid-point monitoring samples between GAC vessel to determine media replacement and prevent effluent limit exceedances.
