1088322 03/04/2021 UAUTHDISC Violations of Discharge Prohibitions III.A and C Upon noticing the spill, the onsite contractor used a broom and shovel to contain the spill of the material. The Discharger's consultant used a wet vacuum to pick up any residual water and GAC from the pavement.
