WL Hinman(Maralee Hinman)purchased this property from WL Delaney in Oct. 2010.
Mr. Delaney has CA Waterboard records from 1976.Change of ownership acknowledged by M.Quint,WRC engineer on 9/6 /11.The foregoing answers re:direct measurement,etc. have been taken from Mr. Delaney's copy of Supp.Statement for his last report for years 2005-2007, which indicate diversions are small and infrequent. The quantity GPD is taken his estimate of 100000 per year.
