Comments |
In 2017 water was used for dust abatement for logging operations in the area. The water right needs preserving for use for dust abatement on logging roads from time to time and for fire suppression. In 2018 logging is likely to occur again. When logging in the area does not occur, the water is left in the watercourse for aquatic species and wildlife watering. The water right originates on USFS lands and diverter possesses a valid Special Use Permit for drawing water from this source. |
