PLEASE REVIEW 2016 COMMENTS. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING 2016 WAS THE FIRST YEAR FOR FILING I NOTICED THAT 2015 WAS ON THE LIST SO I FIGURED I WOULD FILE IT AS WELL. EVERYTHING IS THE SAME FOR 2015 AND 2016. I SPOKE WITH SCOTT MCFARLAND WITH YOUR DEPT TODAY 3/29/2017 AND RECEIVED SOME GUIDANCE. THE POND IS .8 AC/FT.
IT IS FULL AND HAS STAYED FULL THROUGH THE DROUGHT THE LITTLE SPRING THAT FEEDS IT HAS RUN YEAR ROUND. THE WATER GOES IN AND OUT THE WATER COURSE. IT MAINTAINS .8 AC/FT AND IS CONSIDERED NONCONSUMPTIVE WHICH SCOTT AGREED. |
