Water was licensed for use to fill the CalVada sawmill pond located northerly from the point of diversion. The POD is a dam across Moses Creek, which is currently opened to allow water to flow down the creek for the benefit of aquatic species and wildlife. Planning for the domestic use of this water for recreation and irrigation at the site of the former sawmill are in the beginning stages. |
