Historically, the water right in Moses Creek was used to provide water for the mill pond at the CalVada mill site near Greenville, CA. After the mill was torn down, the property was purchased by Soper Company for timberland. The water has been allowed to remain in Moses Creek over the years for fish and wildlife enhancement, but will be used in the future for domestice and recreational supplies if the land is developed. NOTE: This report was originally submitted on June 27, 2016, but failed to register in the State's report system. Attached is a copy of that June filing to evidence the fact it was submitted timely.
