Estimate of volume diverted is based upon historic and current use by flume or ditch 24" wide and 12" deep, which approximates, according to past reports filed, 100 gpm. Per month, this gives 4,320,000 gallons of water per month, or 13.26 Ac Ft. However, during 2015 no water was diverted out of Spanish Creek because of low flows and an Order from the State to cease diversions.
