Additional Remarks |
This water right is being used for fire suppression and dust abatement for logging. Domestic use is not a factor at this time. All water, though, is currently allowed to remain in the spring and watercourse for Fish and Wildlife Enhancement, until needed for fire or dust control.
NOTE: This report was originally filed on June 27, 2016 but never registered in the State's system. Attached is a copy of the June filing to evidence the fact that the report was timely prepared and filed.
