Comments |
Historically this water right began as a source of water to fill the mill pond at the CalVada Sawmill site. After the mill was torn down, the land was purchased by Soper Company for timberland. The water right has been allowed to remain in the stream (Moses Creek) for fish and wildlife enhancement pending its use for domestic supply in the event of future development of the property. |
