Additional Remarks
The water right consists of removing water from Strickner Spring by way of a "water jack" that pumps the water to a residence for domestic use and irrigating vegetables. The unused water flows out of the tank and back into the watershed. There is always a significant excess of supply of water over demand but the residents are reducing useage as they can.
