Description of water conservation efforts Water system was for domestic (400 Gal per day) and for watering animals, domestic and fire protection (2,000 Gal per day). Past several years the waters have been diverted from their source but allowed to run out into the nearby watercourse for wildlife purposes.

Additional Remarks
As stated above, the original uses of this water diversion were for domestic, animals, and fire protection. The past several years the water has been allowed to flow from the diversion delivery point into the local watercourse, an unnamed stream that flows into Estray Creek, then down into Greenhorn Creek, East of Quincy, CA. Soper Co. claims a conjunctive use for benefit of wildlife. Future uses may include dust control or similar uses.
