11a. Additional Remarks |
This process has been very stressful for me. This riparian water is basically used for summer family and yard needs on creekside property and all water returns to the ground. Do I really need to be doing this, I mean is this process even meant for a property owner like me? I have heard of others who have minor use such as this and tell me I should not have started filing. Please respond, Thank you.
