bmueller@eid.org....Due to slower than anticipated population growth, water demand has not increased as expected and is less than the permit's maximum authorized amount. The District is exploring a project to provide an alternative water supply to this area. If it decides not to construct such a project, the District will seek a further time extension of the permit.
