The objective of the District is to maximize the beneficial use of water by implementing numerous water conservation efforts throughout their service area. These conservation efforts result in reduced diversions from the Sacramento River due to improved operational practices, canal lining and maximum reuse of tailwater. The extent of beneficial use is still in the process of being established; and therefore, the quantity of water conserved under this right has not been determined at this time.

The District prepared and submitted a Water Diversion and Use Monitoring Plan (Plan) pursuant to Term 16 of the Permit on October 17, 2011. The District is currently proceeding with the Plan and the measurement methodology identified in the Plan. As no water was diverted pursuant to this Permit, no data is being provided.
