Regarding excess collection to storage, Term 5, part B, Robbs Peak Reservoir: During the collection season October 2011 through September 2012, significant collection occurred in November after a routine maintenance outage (60 acre feet) and signficant refill occured in June after another routine maintenance outage (98 acre feet) as well as smaller amounts, altogether totaling 210 acre feet. The capacity of the reservoir is 140 acre feet. The total diversion through adjacent Robbs Peak Powerhouse was 124,000 acre feet over that same period. Attached to this progress report is a chart showing how storage fluctuation in the reservoir was determined to be either regulation or collection (including refill).
