Collection reported is direct runoff less evaporation. Direct runoff estimated using Natural Resources Conservation Service Technical Release 55 (NRCS TR-55) rainfall-runoff modeling approach. Precipitation from National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) measured at Lodi (station identifier USC00045032). Evaporation from California Irrigation Management Information System (CIMIS), total evapotranspiration (ETo) data for station number 166, Lodi West. For item 8q, estimated usage for year 2015, value is based on 2014 lake surface evaporation estimate presuming zero utilization of this license.
