The Save button at the bottom of the page is currently not functioning. Our team is working to resolve this issue.

Notice:We are aware of an issue where some DMRs do not display the complete set of monitoring requirements, which may cause errors during submittal.
We are actively working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please unlink the affected DMRs and proceed with your eSMR submittal to ensure timely submission. The DMRs can be linked to a future report once the issue is resolved.
