The sampling point (INT-001E) was not accessible for sampling due to obstructed access. To prevent future reoccurrence, the LADWP Wastewater Quality and Compliance Group will coordinate with facility staff to ensure that the facility¿s laboratory personnel have access to all the required sampling points. Violation U eSMR
1123652 12/20/2023 CAT1 Total Suspended Solids (TSS) 30-Day Average limit is 35 % and reported value was 53 % at INT-001D. To prevent future reoccurrence, the SGS facility maintenance staff will increase the implementation of BMPs, such as sweeping, storm drain socks, and silt fencing. Violation U eSMR
1123650 12/15/2023 OEV Temperature Daily Maximum limit is 100 Degrees F and reported value was 120 Degrees F at EFF-001. To prevent future reoccurrences, to the best of the facility operators¿ ability, they will lower the load when temperatures approach the limit. However, in order for the operator to lower the load, a request must be made and approved by LADWP's Energy Control Center (ECC). As was done this past event, a request to the load dispatchers will be made to lower the load when the temperature begins to approach the 100°F limit. Additionally, divers were deployed to inspect the valves for accuracy and functionality. Violation U eSMR
