1119863 06/30/2023 CAT2 Copper, Total Recoverable Monthly Average limit is 7.1 ug/L and reported value was 7.8 ug/L. Given the higher concentrations of metals detected in the effluent, one of which resulted in an effluent limit exceedance (copper), the Discharger believes that the Specialty Trace Metals Removal Media in the treatment system wasn't properly pre-soaked prior to changeout on June 20, 2023, which would have allowed maximum treatment performance. Therefore, the Discharger will instruct its field staff to verify new media is pre-soaked prior to any future media changeouts. Violation B Report

1119808 01/19/2023 CAT2 Diesel Oil Maximum Daily (MDEL) limit is 50 ug/L and reported value was 70 ug/L. The Discharger will perform semi-annual replacement of particulate cartridge filters and oil guzzler filters to prevent future exceedances.
