Wastewater was stored in PND-001 for more than 7 days in April 2023. However, there was no water in the pond when sampling was attempted on 24 April 2023. 1108763 08/06/2022 Deficient Reporting The UVS-001 sample was taken on 8/3/2022 by the operator and received by the lab (Cranmer Engineering Inc.) on the same day at 14:35, they reported that they processed the sample incorrectly and therefore found it necessary to cancel the sample. A letter of explanation from from Cranmer Engineering Inc. is included in Attachments folder. Violation B eSMR
