As it rains the runoff collects in the pond and a culvert allows the water to spill through once the pond is close to filling. With very little rainfall this year the pond water never reached the culvert therefore did not spill over. Water was diverted by entering the pond, however no water was used except by wildlife. The pond was mostly dry through the year. |
